Easy Striders:

• Are just learning the craft of writing and need time to find your weaknesses and strengths.
• Do not want an in-depth critique of your work.
• Love to write, but don't have the time or the desire to go deeper right now.
• Love to write, but are forced by circumstances (children, family, job, etc.) to limit your commitment in that area.

• Verbally submit any writing goals you may have to the group at the beginning of each month. (This is optional.)
• Encourage others to meet their goals.
• Submit writing to the group for critique.
• Review the writing of other ACWVC members during meetings. (You will also have the opportunity to preview the work of Fast Trackers via e-mail, but your participation is optional.)

Fast Trackers:

• Are currently working on a book, fiction, or nonfiction, and want to stay motivated.
• Have an idea for a book, fiction, or nonfiction, and want help in starting/maintaining it.
• Desire to write/submit your freelance work (articles, devotions, short stories) on a regular basis.

• Submit your writing goals to the group at the beginning of each month (at the first meeting for that month, for instance October 7, November 4, etc.). Goals will be written down, dated, and distributed to fellow Fast Trackers.
• Keep other Fast Trackers updated on your progress bi-weekly either at a meeting or via e-mail.
• Encourage other Fast Trackers to meet their goals.
• Submit something for critique at least once a month.
• Make your submission via e-mail at least seven days before the next ACWVC meeting.
• Review the work of other Fast Trackers (at least one critique for each one your submit) in hard copy format, which is then turned over to the author.
• Read the work of those you don't provide with an in-depth critique in order to be able to comment.
